4.2 CAN ID Override
While ServoMax has a default set ID, it is possible to assign individual IDs to ServoMax through additional settings. However, only ServoMax with the default ID can be operated because the ID is fixed in the necessary DBC file for operation.
CMD ID: 0x100, RESP0 ID: 0x110, RESP1 ID: 0x120
The CAN ID Override feature solves this inconvenience. This feature allows you to input and use the ID of ServoMax within the program.
How to use

(a) Click the CAN ID OVERRIDE button on the main screen of the ServoMax Engine.
(b) When the DBC file is loaded, the ID values written in the file will appear in the table by default.

(c) After unlocking the Lock button, enter the ID of the servo to be operated.
(d) Click the Override button. Once this feature is enabled, you can operate the servo with the entered ID using the DBC file.
(e) To check the default ID entered in the DBC file, click the RESET button.
Descriptions
[RESET]: Restores all IDs to the original values loaded from the DBC file.
[OVERRIDE]: Ignores the ID set in the DBC file and sends the ID value set in the main screen table to ServoMax.
[LOCK]: Locks all CAN ID Override features, including the Message Table, Override, and Reset buttons, to prevent unnecessary input errors during ServoMax operation.
